Dry-salted to ensure firm texture
As the salmon has been hung vertically (tail-hung) during the drying and smoking process, some of the moisture naturally drains from the meat. This results in a firm texture with plenty of bite.
Available in two sizes:
- Fixed weight of 500g
- vVariable weight of 1.2-1.8kg.
The salmon can be conveniently sliced at the table or in the deli—cut into pieces or slices to suit the customer’s preference.
Ready to eat after thawing.
