With natural plaice fillets, it’s easy to steam them or make crispy fillets with your preferred breading.
This is the perfect ingredient for the delicious danish open sandwich “Stjerneskud – smørrebrød”.
Both the bones and the dark skin with red spots have been removed.
The fillets are then individually quick-frozen (IQF) and glazed to ensure long shelf life.
Choose between two sizes:
- 50-80g (thawed 40-70g)
- 80-120g (thawed 70-110g) per piece.
