Cod loins are unprocessed – i.e. no water, binders or shelf life extenders have been added.
Can be served in countless variations – as a starter, in the canteen or baked as a delicious homemade fish ‘n’ chips.
Pacific cod is caught in the North Pacific and is MSC Certified.
