The plaice fillets are breaded, making them easy to prepare in the oven, on the pan, or briefly fried in the fryer.
The breading is crispy and fine – just how most people prefer it. It won’t crack during cooking.
Both the bones and the dark skin with red spots have been removed. The fillets are sorted by size and are always individually laid out.
Choose between 50-70g, 70-100g, and 100-130g per piece.
The plaice in the range is available with or without MSC certification.
