The fish fillets are breaded, so they can be easily cooked in a deep fryer or on a pan.
The breading is crispy and fine – just as most people prefer. And it doesn’t crack during cooking.
The fish fillets are sorted by size and are always single-layered. Choose between 50-70g, 70-100g and 100-130g.
We use scuttlefish fillet, where the dark skin is removed before breading.
