Keta wild salmon live in the North Pacific Ocean.
It is a popular food fish and is known for its firm meat texture, due to its “active lifestyle”.
The salmon portions can be prepared in many ways – try grilling, frying or baking them.

The portions are cut into uniform pieces and glazed. They are untreated (100% salmon) and therefore of high gastronomic quality.

The weight of the portions is in raw state without glazing: 120-140g, 140-160g and 160-180g.
