Plaice fillet, breaded, MSC

Without black skin, without bones

The plaice fillets are breaded, making them easy to prepare in the deep fryer or pan-fried in butter.
The breading is crispy and delicate – exactly how most people prefer it. It stays intact during cooking.

The fillets are sorted by size and always individually laid out.
Choose between 50-70 g, 70-100 g, and 100-13 0g per piece.

The plaice are caught in season and are available with or without MSC certification.

NET WEIGHT: 5000 g or 2x2500 g

ART: Pleuronectes Platessa (Plaice) or Lepidopsetta bilineata/polyxystra (Pacific Plaice)
