Danish smoked salmon slices

From Danish land-based farming, dry-salted, ASC

Danish salmon, farmed on land in Northern Denmark.

The seawater is thoroughly cleaned before being recirculated, which protects the marine environment.

The process ensures a clean, healthy salmon without antibiotics, parasites or growth hormones. That is why the salmon has also been awarded the ASC sustainability label.

You get a very tasty and delicate Danish salmon, with a firm meat structure and less fat.
The salmon is dry-salted, cold-smoked and cut into fine, uniform slices with or without brown meat.
