Black Tiger shrimp without shell, PD, raw

The shrimps are easy to prepare as they are already peeled and deveined. They are both firm and full-bodied.

Sauté them quickly for salads, tapas and seafood dishes.
The shrimps are great for stir-fry, pasta and on skewers.

They can be boiled, grilled or fried.
